To better serve our growing community and provide convenience for both individuals and sponsoring companies, we are continuing with the same pricing structure and packages for the 2026–2027 year. These packages are designed to simplify registration, encourage early commitment, and strengthen participation among members, new professionals, and corporate partners alike.

Individual Member Meeting Packages:

New Member Pass: $200 (Involved with TSPE Bexar Chapter for 3 years or less, to be verified)

Member Pass: $280 (Involved with TSPE Bexar Chapter for more than 3 years)

Benefits:

  • Admission, including lunch, to the eight (8) TSPE Bexar Chapter Membership Meetings**
    **Does NOT include admission to the E-Week Past Presidents' Luncheon
  • Simplified involvement by paying once and being automatically registered for each of this fiscal year's meetings. Simply just show up!
  • If you cannot attend a meeting, you may designate someone to attend in your place

Note: Individuals must maintain paid, active NSPE membership through May 2027. The individual member meeting packages do NOT replace payment of NSPE dues.

Company Sponsorship Packages:

Half Table: $840 (3 seats)

Full Table: $1,680 (6 seats)

Benefits:

  • Guaranteed reserved table, including lunch, to the eight (8) TSPE Bexar Chapter Membership Meetings**
    **Does NOT include admission to the E-Week Past Presidents' Luncheon
  • Flexibility for your company's attendees
    • No attendee pre-registration required
    • Simplified check-in
      • Attendees simply check-in under the company sponsorship
  • Company logo placed at reserved table
  • Company logo featured on TSPE Bexar Chapter website throughout the 2026-2027 year
  • Company recognition provided at each meeting by Chapter President or meeting emcee

2026-2027 Individual Chapter Meeting Rates:

A membership package is NOT required to attend TSPE Bexar Chapter meetings. You may continue to buy tickets for individual meetings at the following rates:

New Member (3 years or less): $25

Member: $35

Non-Member: $40

Life/Retired Member: $10

Undergraduate Student: Free
