Water Supply Challenges in the San Antonio-Austin Mega-Metroplex

Brian is the Deputy Executive Manager of Engineering with the Guadalupe-Blanco River Authority. His duties include strategic water supply planning, development and implementation of large-scale water infrastructure, analysis and implementation of environmental strategies, and negotiation of water supply agreements. Brian has over 25 years of experience leading conceptual and feasibility water supply studies and water rights analyses in Texas and across the United States and Mexico. Brian holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Kentucky and serves as GBRA’s internal program manager for the implementation of GBRA’s WaterSECURE Project.
